FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Hand support device includes a support post, a rotary frame, a support element for the hand and a tensioner unit. Support post is provided with housing fixed on it with possibility of rotation relative to vertical axis of support post. Rotary frame is fixed in housing with possibility of rotation relative to vertical axis of support post in horizontal plane and angular displacement relative to horizontal axis of attachment of frame to housing in vertical plane. Frame comprises an upper element in the form of a first lever, a lower element in the form of a tie-rod, which are hingedly connected to the housing and to the side element with formation of a parallelogram. Support element for hand is functionally connected with rotary frame via second lever. Second lever is made with possibility of rotation relative to the vertical axis of connection of the second lever with the rotary frame. Tensioner unit is fixed in the housing and includes a resilient element connected to the rotary frame with possibility of adjusting the tension force of the elastic element for compensation of the hand weight. First lever of the rotary frame is made with a shoulder in the form of a drive bracket located on the opposite side from the horizontal axis of the frame attachment to the base. Tensioner unit is located on the opposite side from the rotary frame relative to the axis of the support post. Elastic element of tensioner unit is at least one spring of constant force, free end of which is connected to drive bracket with possibility of adjustment of spring tension force.
EFFECT: invention provides physiological range of arm movement with maximum possible constant support force in the entire range of movement with minimum inertia of the device.
