FIELD: petroleum extracting industry. SUBSTANCE: development method includes extraction from all supplying wells bored in deposit with lowering of their acceleration by no less than 70% of starting value and/or from all extracting wells with water denseness around extracted petroleum of no less than 80%. Periodical shutdown of wells operation is done in turn. Reaction of operating extracting wells is measured and controlled by quantity and/or speed and surrounding water denseness and/or gassing of extracted petroleum for determining wells for shutdown. Then reaction areas connected to shutdown of selected wells are determined. Then operating extracting wells are stimulated in determined areas by means of single or grouped explosions done in turn in selected wells near contour of selected areas. Explosions energy is localized in the area of productive deposit with pressure in pressure front of each explosion equaling 1.2-2.3 of mining pressure in productive deposit area.
