FIELD: petroleum extracting industry. SUBSTANCE: development method includes extraction from all supplying and extracting wells bored in deposit and characterized by lowering of fluid output and fluid acceleration parameters below acceptable levels. Periodical shutdown of wells operation is done in turn. Reaction of operating extracting wells is measured and controlled by quantity and/or speed and surrounding water denseness and/or gassing of extracted fluids for determining wells for shutdown. Then reaction areas connected to shutdown of selected wells are determined. Then operating extracting wells are stimulated in determined areas by means of pin-pointed explosions done in turn in selected wells near contour of selected areas. Material used has lowered detonation speed and heightened gassing. Explosion energy is localized in the area of productive layer and/or area of supporting water layer. Each of consecutive explosions is performed with check of oscillation period of gas hole in the area of previous explosion. EFFECT: increased hydrocarbon deposit development effectiveness. 7 cl
