FIELD: oil production. SUBSTANCE: invention refers to process of development of oil field at latest stage and predominantly under conditions of intricate geology characterized by zonal and/or laminated nonuniformity of field with high factor of dismemberment. Process includes isolation of injection wells with intake capability not less than 70% of initial intake capability and/or of producing wells with water encroachment of oil over 80% from total fund of wells drilled in field. These wells are taken out of operation in sequence. Control over reaction of operational producing wells is realized by amount and/or rate and flooding and/or aeration of extracted oil to cutting out of operation of each isolated well. Zones displaying reaction to cutting of isolated wells out of operation are distinguished in the field. Subsequent stimulation of operational producing wells in distinguished zones is carried out in turn by blasts in isolated wells. Blasts are conducted in wells bordering on outline of distinguished zones. Blasts are directional with localization of their energy towards zone of productive formation. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of development of oil fields thanks to possibility of directional action on stagnant zones saturated with oil with rise in unsteadiness of filtration fields of oil field by directional periodic pulses of high-concentration energy with operative redistribution of this energy depending on results of action in process of field development. 3 dwg
