FIELD: mechanical engineering, power engineering, transport. SUBSTANCE: proposed machine contains cylinder, piston with rod and transformation mechanism including internal planetary mechanism with fixed central wheel and planet pinion movably coupled with carrier of output shaft, and means of pin, with rod. Reference diameter of planet pinion is equal to half of reference diameter of central wheel, and longitudinal axes of pin and planet pinion are displaced relative to each other by half of planet pinion reference diameter. Carrier is formed by two disks coaxial to central wheel and engaging with its end faces through rolling units. Shaft of planet pinion is installed eccentrically in carrier disks by means of rolling units, and pin is rigidly secured on support member of planet pinion shaft. Both disks of carrier are rigidly intercoupled through compensator. Carrier is coupled with output by means of toothed rim on one of disks meshing with output shaft gear.
