SUBSTANCE: invention is designed for use in devices providing sealing of gas space in reservoirs containing oil products and highly volatile liquids and maintaining of pressure and vacuum within preset limits. Description of invention includes drawings indicating directions of application of gravity forces G, moments of gravity force M, permanent magnet attracting force C and pressure P from reservoir into operating zone A of diaphragm of pressure shutoff member, pressure plate, vacuum plate and flexible joint.
