FIELD: processes or apparatus for gas liquefying. SUBSTANCE: plant has two loops, namely closed refrigeration loop and opened production loop. Refrigerator loop has liquid pump, condenser-evaporator, turbine, shell-and-tube condenser, mixing condenser, throttle flap and ejector. Ejector passive nozzle and outlet nozzle communicate with liquid volume of mixing condenser. Ejector active nozzles communicate with vapor volume of mixing condenser. Production loop comprises shell-and-tube heat-exchanger, throttle flap, condenser-evaporator having tubes communicating with refrigeration loop and compressor. Plant has additional cold generator located in cryostat and having at least one vortex cooler, inlet system for liquefying gas, outlet system for liquefying gas connected to outlet system for liquefied gas and at least one joining pipe for non-liquefied exhaust gas outlet from vortex cooler. Joining pipe is connected by pipeline to tube space of production loop condenser.
