SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the development of deep-sea offshore natural gas (NG) fields, in particular during the development of Arctic NG fields by means of the TLP offshore production platform, which dehydrates, purifies NG up to compliance with the NG GOST 5542 and GOST 27577. Liquefied natural gas (LNG) is exported by an atomic underwater membrane gas carrier, which houses the LNG production units and re-liquefies the LNG evaporating in the tanks during the voyage of the gas carrier. The supply of NG on board the LNG carrier from the TLP offshore platform is carried out by a flexible gas pipeline. Electricity is provided by the nuclear power plant of the gas carrier. The reduced emission of methane into the atmosphere of the Earth is achieved by reducing the time to reach the operating mode of the units of the NG cooling and liquefaction plant and, first of all, of Stirling cryogenic gas machines (CGM) of liquefaction and supercooling of LNG for their preliminary cooling with cryogenic temperature nitrogen and its release into the atmosphere of the Earth.
EFFECT: reducing the emission of methane into the atmosphere of the Earth, which is more harmful than carbon dioxide; saving LNG in the development of large-scale NG deposits.
