SUBSTANCE: invention relates to development of deep-sea offshore natural gas fields, in particular Arctic Shtokman gas-condensate field. Disclosed is a complex for production of liquefied natural gas (LNG) with reduced emission of methane into atmosphere of the Earth, repeated liquefaction evaporated in flight, in membrane tanks of methane gas, natural gas (NG), including floating offshore platform TLP extraction, drying, cleaning of NG until requirements of GOST 5542 and concentration of moisture above requirements GOST 27577 – 0.009 g/m3, marine system for transporting shop floor to ramp platform, system for transporting NG by gas pipeline to underwater plant and cooling system of NG in shop of plant to low and cryogenic temperatures, wherein cooling system to low and cryogenic temperatures of NG complex is made by series connection of heat exchangers installed on the foundations of shops of plant or platform TLP, three-flow vortex tubes (TWT) installed on the foundations of shops of plant, turbine expander plants of plant with expander-generator sets (EGS), with electric power generation at the plant with its transmission via electric cables to the methane carrier for operation of Stirling cryogenic-gas machines (CGM) electric drives during liquefaction, LNG loading into tanks, wherein reduction of methane emission to the Earth's atmosphere is carried out by reducing the time for reaching the operating mode, primarily, of the CGM Stirling NG liquefaction, by switching the CGM Stirling liquefaction of NG to its nitrogen cooling, beforehand, to the liquefaction temperature of the NG or lower, re-liquefaction of evaporated LNG in voyage on methane carrier is carried out by CGM Stirling and by means of electric drives and electric power generated in flight by gas turbine power plant with steam cycle, mixing of CGS Stirling NG liquefaction, cooling PG to cryogenic temperatures arranged in a cofferdam, with methane carrier tanks and with turbo-expander plants arranged at the plant is performed by means of flexible "pipe-in-pipe" assembly structure.
EFFECT: disclosed is a Abramov complex for production of liquefied natural gas (LNG) with reduced emission of methane into Earth atmosphere.
