FIELD: heat engineering, in particular, heat exchange equipment, for example, radiators and conditioners of automobiles, refrigerators and other heat exchange devices. SUBSTANCE: the method consists in formation on a metal blank of fining in the form of parallel tabs by facing of the material of the blank surface layer, before the facing the surface layer of the blank material is perforated to a depth exceeding the depth of facing of the material surface layer, but less than of facing of the material surface layer, but less than the blank thickness. Besides, perforation is made in the form of uniformly located holes, and the holes are made in the form of circles with diameter d= (0.1 to 0.8)h and arranged with center pitch t=d+d(0.1 to 1.0), where h - the tab height. EFFECT: enhanced stability of heat exchange in the conditions of variation of the directions of forced air cooling of the fins. 3 cl, 2 dwg, 1 tbl
