FIELD: heating systems.
SUBSTANCE: heat exchange surface manufacturing method involves metal workpiece finning in the form of blades by cutting material of surface layer. When being cut, blades are twisted at α angle about their axis passing at β angle to workpiece surface; at that, blades axes inclination angle β = (10°…90°), and twist angle α = (10°…n360°), where n - number of curls (n = 0…10), and axes of blades are parallel to each other.
EFFECT: improving heat exchange stability in conditions when fins blowing directions are changed.
