FIELD: geodesy, equipment monitoring layer deformations in solid mass. SUBSTANCE: device includes metal tube with measurement rods 3 placed inside hole and mortar 4 solidified in clearance between tube and hole wall over entire length with formation of anchor. Tube comprises anchor sections 10 rigidly coupled with the aid of solidified mortar 4 to examined layer of mass and intermediate sections 11 which external surface is covered by separating antiadhesive layer. Sections are linked by bell-and- spigot joints for independent movement of sections along axis of tube. Bellmouth is formed by bushing 15 and whole joint is encased in section of hose 16 with additional sealing of it. Anchor section carries two separating rings made of elastic foam plastic which borders on anchor on each side independently. One end of measurement rod 3 is attached to anchor section by means of lock and the other is brought outside of tube and is fitted with mark.
