FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: device comprises hose made of elastic material, rigid cylinder positioned coaxially with hose and two detachable joints employed to build up hose and cylinder into transportation pipe-line without change of its cross-section and with formation of sealed chamber around hose filled with separating liquid and linked to manometer. Each joint includes rigid coupling branch pipe which one end is linked to hose and which other end is joined to pipeline. Flat ring which outer diameter on one connection branch pipe is greater than inner diameter of cylinder and on another connection branch pipe is smaller is put on outer surface of connection branch pipe in center of its length. Ring rests against circular shoulder by butt of cylinder and is pressed against shoulder by means of threaded connection.
