Invention proposes nootropic agent made as injection solution and comprising piracetam as an active substance and the following accessory substances: sodium acetate, acetic acid and water for injection taken in the following ratio of components, wt. -%: piracetam, 15-25; sodium acetate, 0.08-0.11; acetic acid, up to pH = 5.8; water for injection, the balance. The preparation is stable in storage due to qualitative and quantitative ratio of components that provides the permanent therapeutic effect in the corresponding prescription.
