FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has stent mounted on balloon-type catheter designed as tube having balloon-type segment and radiopaque marks restricting its length on distal end. The balloon-type catheter has well for introducing intracoronary conductor and well for storing radiopaque substance. Longitudinal canal for introducing the second intracoronary conductor is produced under the stent as longitudinal recess on the external surface of the balloon-type segment all along its length. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in removing bifurcation stenosis. 1 dwg
