FIELD: medicine, cardiology. SUBSTANCE: a peripheral artery is punctured, an introducer is inserted in it. A guide-catheter is inserted into the mouth of coronary artery. Intracoronary conductor should be applied into desired arteries through the site of stenosis: one - into a main-line artery, another - into a klateral one. Supplying unit is formed to direct a stent (special tube) into the site of stenosis due to modeling additional conductor channel right in the space between external surface of balloon catheter and inferior surface of a stent's cell in its proximal half. Stent's delivery is carried out into the site of stenosis along two intracoronary conductors. Then it should be implanted in the main-line part of stenosis by blowing a balloon catheter. The second balloon catheter is put onto intracoronary conductor placed in a lateral artery. Catheter is directed along this intracoronary conductor through a stent's cell into arterial mouth. It should be blown to remove stenosis in a lateral artery. The method enables to remove bifurcate stenosis by using low-caliber arteries. EFFECT: higher efficiency of operation. 1 cl
