FIELD: chemical industry. SUBSTANCE: the invention presents a method of processing of highly toxic solutions and waters and a device for its implementation. The method of processing of the highly toxic radioactive solution provides for admixing of a solution with chemicals ensuring transfer of the radioactive nuclides present in the toxic solution into an associated state, and the membranous separation, that are realized at the intensive admixing, creating turbulent vortexes in the processed medium. At that both stages are realized in the same device supplied in the mixing zone with a disperser and in the separation zone with a set of alternating two-layer metal-ceramic membranous elements and separation elements, mounted with capability of rotation of one type elements with respect to the other type elements. The device used for the method implementation is made in the form of the membranous apparatus containing: a cylindrical body with the bottom; a cover with the tool for import of the processed solution; the hollow shaft with perforated walls, that is installed along the body longitudinal axis with capability of rotation; a set of alternating two-layer metal-ceramic membranous elements in the form of a circle and separation elements in the form of a circle mounted with capability of rotation of one type elements with respect to the other type elements; purified solution export unit and the concentrate export unit. At that the cover is made with formation of a reaction cavity located over the set of above mention alternating elements and supplied with a tool for import of chemical reagents inside. The reaction cavity has the disperser fixed on the upper end of the hollow shaft. Inside the body in parallel to a cylindrical wall there is a partition, that forms a collector for product of separation of the processed solution. The invention allows to intensify solutions process with simultaneous simplification of such process, to ensure extension of the range of solutions being processed, to improve reliability of the device.
