FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to separation, concentration and desalination of solutions of reverse osmosis and ultra filtration. This apparatus consists of the case with flanges to accommodate membrane module, initial fluid feed and filtrate pipes. Turbulence promoter is arranged in conical membrane module with semipermeable membrane applied on its porous inner surface. Said turbulence promoter runs in bearings on initial fluid feed and filtrate and concentrate discharge side and consists of three sections. First section is composed of the hub fixed in initial solution feed pipe bearing, bladed propeller being fitted at its end for blades to spin by fluid inlet flow with transfer of torque to turbulence promoter. Second section is composed of conical shaft with helical spirals. Note here that turbulence promoter is driven by initial fluid forced pressure variation in initial fluid feed pipe by spinning of propeller blades. Third hollow section is provided with planetary gearing to spin said turbulence promoter and membrane module by fluid flow. Note also that concentrate discharge is performed through openings in turbulence promoter hollow section while filtrate is discharged through flange opening on filtrate and concentrate discharge side.
EFFECT: higher efficiency owing to better hydrodynamic effects brought to the flow to be separated.
