FIELD: devices for impregnation of fibrous fillers by various polymeric binders, applicable in manufacture of products of fibrous composite materials (glass-reinforced plastics, organic plastics, carbonic plastics). SUBSTANCE: the device for ultrasonic impregnation of filler by a binder has a bath with a binder, pressure rollers for displacement of the filler along the bath bottom. The ultrasonic oscillatory system consists of a converter of electric oscillations to ultrasonic ones, concentrator of mechanical oscillations and a working tool. The latter is made of a plate with rounded-off edges, having a curvilinear radiating working surface. The ultrasonic oscillatory system is positioned above the bath with the binder with a provision for arrangement of the acoustic axis of the oscillatory system at an angle to the surface of the binder in the bath. Part of the working tool is positioned above the surface of the binder. EFFECT: enhanced content of binder and enhanced strength of the final product. 2 dwg
