SUBSTANCE: in device for ultrasonic soaking of fibrous materials work instrument 5 is placed in air-tight cup 3 orthogonally to processed surface of processed fibrous material. Pinch rollers 2 are placed with providing possibility of additional processing of processed material in one pass.

EFFECT: providing possibility to increase efficiency of soaking fibrous materials due to re-passing of filler through the area of resonance ultrasonic oscillations in modified binding agent.
