FIELD: ultrasonic technologies bound with an intensification of processes.
SUBSTANCE: the invention presents a device for ultrasonic cleaning automobile injectors and is dealt with the fields ultrasonic technologies used for intensification of manufacturing methods, in particular, with cleaning of devices from the difficult-to-clean pollution. The device consists of a technological container for dipping a being cleaned injector in a liquid, a generator of electrical oscillations of an ultrasonic frequency, a hypersonic vibratory system consisting of the electromechanical transducer and a concentrator of mechanical oscillations having a butt emitting surface. The hypersonic vibratory system is placed in the technological container in such a manner that its acoustical axis coincides with an axis perpendicular to a spraying hole of an injector and is passing through its center. On the butt emitting surface of the concentrator of the hypersonic vibratory system there is a spherical pit with a radius R in its basis with an opening angle of 2α, and the injector is positioned from the butt working surface of the concentrator by distance L defined from a condition, that L = (r - R)ctg2α 90°< 2α > 180°, where r - a diameter of a spraying hole of a being cleaned injector. The invention ensures an increase of efficiency of cleaning and productivity.
