FIELD: waste water treatment. SUBSTANCE: in regeneration of fluorinated alkane acid emulsifiers from waste waters, including those from fluorinated monomer polymerization, comprises stabilization of solid particles finely distributed in water with the aid of surfactant followed by binding fluorinated alkane acid emulsifiers to anion-exchange resin and eluting them from the latter.
