FIELD: waste water treatment. SUBSTANCE: invention provides novel method for recovering fluorinated acid-emulsifiers from waste water, which consists in that waste water originated from fluorinated monomer polymerization process is liberated from harmful components, in particular superfine solids and solidified components, after which fluorinated acids are fixed on anion-exchange resin and further eluted from therefrom. In order to prevent contamination of ion-exchanger, waste water formed in fluorinated monomer polymerization process including superfine solids and/or solidified components and oxalic acid is preferably treated with aluminum salt solution at vigorous stirring. pH of treated waste water is then adjusted to 6-7.5 with lime milk solution to form precipitate, which is filtered. When pH below 7 is attained by adding sulfuric acid, solution is passed through ion-exchanger. EFFECT: optimized waste water treatment conditions. 14 cl, 3 ex
