FIELD: rubber industry. SUBSTANCE: rubber compound containing 70-80 wt parts of high-molecular methylvinylsiloxane rubber as base material further contains, wt parts: of low-molecular methylvinylsiloxane rubber depicted by formula HO[(CH3)2SiO]m[(CH3)(CH2CH)SiO)nH, in which m = 0.985-0.9985 and n = 0.0015-0.015, with molecular weight 20000-70000, 20-30; powder-like quartz, 170-200; silica powder, 40-50; α,ω- dihydroxypolydimethylsiloxane as anti-structuring agent, 8-10; and organic peroxide, 1.5-2.0. This composition may be used when manufacturing dielectric tubes and insulating cable shells, polymeric high-voltage line insulators, and rubber products and materials operated in contact with gasolines, organic solvents, and mineral oils.
