FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to chemical engineering, particularly to producing rubber mixes of siloxane rubbers, and can be used for manufacturing electrical insulating tubes and insulated cable sheaths, polymer HV line insulators, fabricated rubber products and materials contacting petrols, organic solvents and mineral oils. The rubber mix contains a mixture of high-molecular dimethylvinyl siloxane rubber produced by polymerisation in the presence of an alkaline catalyst, and dimethyl siloxane rubber in a ratio of 50:50, aerosil, powdered quartz filler with the particle size of 1-5 mcm, potassium ferricyanide and Peroximone F-40 peroxide vulcanisate.
EFFECT: rubber mix vulcanisates according to the invention in the form of the composite materials possess high flexibility, fire-resistance, mould fungi resistance, ozone resistance, solar radiation resistance, as well as working efficiency from minus 60°C to plus 155°.
