FIELD: fat-and-oil industry. SUBSTANCE: invention aims at improving processing of vegetable oil production wastes and proposes a method, which is accomplished through cleaving waste with 30-33% NaOH solution at temperature up to 95 C followed by neutralization with 75-77% aqueous sulfuric acid added at 50-60 C and ageing at 70-80 C. Fatty acids are separated at 10-25 C and crystal hydrate Na2SO4•10H2O is filtered at temperature from - 5 to 0 C to leave 50-60% aqueous glycerol solution. EFFECT: enabled utilization vegetable oil production wastes to simultaneously produce high-quality fatty acid blend, glycerol, and sodium sulfate crystal hydrate. Tbl 1, ex 5
