FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and can be used for cleaning of runways, highways and any artificial and natural coatings from ice, snow, cobble, gravel and other sweepings. Universal cleaning machine comprises installed on chassis gas flow generator, housing including suction vortex chamber arranged therein and made in the form of concentric shells, the inner shell being made in the form of a truncated cone, the base of which is directed towards the treated surface. Harvester includes a hopper for collection of moisture and sweeping, which cavity is communicated with cavity of vortex chamber, reflector of vortex flow, made in form of tilted bowl, installed between vortex chamber and bin and forming with vortex chamber annular slot, and a water collection channel located between walls of the housing and the hopper, with an end slit directed to the treated surface and intended for water supply. Machine also comprises annular gas collector, divided by mesh into upper and lower cavities installed around housing and enclosing bin, additional annular channel located between walls of housing and annular header, with installed in it infrared radiators and end slit directed towards processed surface perpendicular to it. Machine includes gas flow supply device directed under bottom of housing on processed surface at an angle to it and made in form of radial nozzles installed in lower cavity of collector, front and rear detachable shields enclosing gas manifold and installed parallel to treated surface with possibility of movement along it. Hopper includes a vertical drain receiver with a three-way valve located in the upper part of the receiver, and a pressure sensor located in the lower part of the receiver, which is electrically connected to the three-channel valve, a turning shutter and a mesh filter intended for communication of the receiver cavity with the hopper cavity. Vortex flow deflector includes a through central hole, and the machine is equipped with a storage container installed on the housing, two high pressure pipelines and a low pressure pipeline. Accumulating reservoir includes barrel for discharge of liquid from tank with throttle valve arranged on its free end, three shutoff valves and pressure sensor electrically connected with three shutoff valves and throttle valve. First high-pressure pipeline includes two outlets, one of which is interconnected with a three-channel tap of the receiver, and the other one – to the first shutoff valve of the accumulating capacity. Input of the first high pressure pipeline is interconnected with the gas flow generator, input of the second high pressure pipeline is located in the lower part of the cavity of the vertical drain receiver, and its outlet is interconnected with the second shut-off valve of the accumulation tank, the low pressure pipeline connection is interconnected with the third shut-off valve of the accumulation tank, and the outlet is connected to the through central hole of the vortex flow reflector.
EFFECT: invention provides higher efficiency, functionality and safety of operation, as well as higher quality of cleaning.
