FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: machine can be used as pump, compressor, hydraulic motor in transmission, pneumatic drives and hydraulic variable-speed drives. Proposed machine contains stator, housing moving in stator, and rotor with gates with projections and holes installed in rotor slots in pairs with overlapping. One pair of gates is T- shaped, and all other, U-shaped to pass projections of adjacent gates. Gates are made stepped and provided with cavities in upper part to receive counterweight rigidly secured on ends of projections. Paired gates are installed with tail projections pointed to each other. Hole made in gate is provided with longitudinal slot into which rod with secured sealing member is fitted, said sealing member being made T-shaped in cross section, or rod is secured on gate onto which sealing member is fitted which is provided with projecting edges in cross section. EFFECT: improved sealing, reduced friction owing to increased area of contact of sealing members with surface of working chamber, improved manufacturability. 5 dwg _
