FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: vacuum plate-rotor pump comprises cylindrical body with working cavity, end cover, gasket, inlet nozzle, rotor installed on shaft eccentrically to body at least with three plates installed in radial grooves of rotor with the possibility of radial and axial displacement. Plates are arranged from material with low deformation. Peripheral part of plates is arranged as rounded. Pipe bend is installed on inlet nozzle, and pipe bend is installed between inlet nozzle and body via two sealing gaskets and has possibility of turn relative to nozzle axis by 360°. On rotor axis and perpendicular to this axis, central and side channels are arranged, which provide for even lubrication of rotor and plates by oil from engine oil system.
EFFECT: increased durability, reliability, increased efficiency factor of vacuum pump.
