FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves arranging electrodes on patient body for recording spontaneous electric signals of intestine and stomach on the empty stomach and after applying food loading. Individual signal properties are studied and compared with the like values observed on healthy people. The discrepancies being found, conclusions concerning patient gastrointestinal tract state are drawn. Three active electrodes are used for setting diagnosis, two of them being arranged in the perianal areas left and right from the anus and one in epigastric area. Characteristic values are determined in gastrointestinal tract organs on the basis of data received from epigastric and perianal areas to draw conclusions concerning patient stomach and intestine conditions. EFFECT: high reliability of diagnosis and patient condition analysis. 14 dwg
