FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out ultrasonic monitoring of myocardium condition at various steps of chemotherapeutic treatment. Transthoracic echocardiography and dopplerography are applied. Clinical data are compared to ultrasonic heart examination data. No changes in diastolic left ventricle function parameters being found in process of chemotherapy application, conclusion is drawn that no cardiotoxic manifestations are available. Early signs showing cardiotoxic manifestations are detected on transmitral flow properties changed in the course of chemotherapy application. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in selecting appropriate chemotherapy tactics. 3 dwg
