FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: prospective invention refers to medicine, cardiology and paediatrics. In children taking the various stages of polychemotherapy, pulse wave doppler echocardiography is carried out. A control volume is arranged in a closing point of mitral valve leaflets in a left ventricular of heart. A transmitral flow and a high-amplitude returned movement signal curve are recorded simultaneously. A time interval (E-Ea) from the beginning of a period of early diastolic filling (E) to the beginning of a period of early filling of the left ventricular (Ea). The derived interval value is used to diagnose initial diastolic dysfunctions of left ventricular myocardium.

EFFECT: method provides the earliest diagnosis of manifested diastolic left ventricular dysfunction in children taking programmed polychemotherapy.
