FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, in particular to orthopedics and traumatology. Compression-distraction apparatus is applied. Oblique osteotomy of greater trochanter is performed. Transversal subtrocanteric osteotomy is carried out at the level of lower edge of acetabulum. Proximal end of underlying fragment is medialised on entire bone diameter, after which it is displaced upwards and inwards as far as it rests against acetabulum. Preliminarily osteotomised greater trochanter is displaced distally and laterawlly, until its osteotomised surface comes into contact with zone of subtrochanteric osteotomy, and fixed with console wires until complete consolidation is obtained. Osteotomy is performed in medial third of femoral bone, with further formation of distraction regenerate in medial third of hip.
EFFECT: method ensures improvement of butt end rest centration in acetabulum, function of gluteus muscles and enforcement of mechanical strength of fusion in area of angle-shaped deformity.
