FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to orthopedics, and can be used for treating multicomponent deformations of a proximal femur in patients aged 10 to 18 years. Method involves surgical hip dislocation, femoral integrity disorder, use of external fixation apparatus 3. Two longitudinal osteotomies 5 of deformed femoral head 2 and incomplete transverse osteotomy 6 of deformed femoral head 2 at the junction of the neck to head 2 to form two fragments of the head, intermediate 7 and lateral 8. Intermediate fragment 7 of the deformed femoral head 2 is removed and osteosynthesis of the remaining lateral fragment 8 is performed to the remaining medial part of head 2, the achieved position of the fragments of head 2 is fixed with bone screws 4. Restored femoral head 2 is brought into cotyloid cavity. Transverse intertrochanteric osteotomy of femoral bone 10 is performed, a correctional turn of the proximal fragment of femoral bone 12 is performed and a transposition of greater trochanter 11 is performed. Fixing the achieved position of femoral fragments with bone screws 4 and femoral position by external fixation apparatus 3.

EFFECT: method enables improving the hip joint functioning conditions by providing a favorable geometrical relationship in the hip joint and, as a result, formation of congruent articular surfaces, restoration of joint relations, improving conditions of gluteus muscle.
