SUBSTANCE: method involves setting penetrating threaded screw rod having self-tapping sharp end into distal crural epiphysis in perpendicular to crus axis in frontal plane in the direction from inside to outside passing the point 2-3 cm above the lower pole of lateral malleolus. Cantilever screw rod is mounted in perpendicular to crus axis in sagittal plane in the direction from front backwards above the preliminarily mounted rod at an angle of 90 deg to it.
