DEVICE FOR THE TREATMENT OF FRACTURE OF THE DISTAL PART OF THE LOWER-LEG BONES Russian patent published in 2022 - IPC A61B17/56 A61B17/62 A61B17/66

Abstract RU 2786318 C1

FIELD: medical technology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment used in traumatology and orthopedics. The device is an interconnected base support with holes and reposition nodes in which transosseous elements: screw rods and pins are installed. The base support is made single in the form of two interconnected S-shaped plates curved in three planes with the possibility of ensuring, when installed, the flow of the external relief of the human lower leg from the front and sides. Three screw rods are installed in the base support as follows: one connects the S-shaped curved plates in the upper part of the device, the other two are placed in the middle part of the device, one in each with the possibility of their insertion into the tibia in the corridor positions according to the Esperanto method, namely the first IV, 12, the second V, 2, the third VI, 10. The free lower ends of the S-shaped curved plates pass into threaded shanks, on which reposition nodes are installed, consisting of a slider with two intersecting through channels. A threaded shank passes through one of the slider channels, a threaded rod passes through the other with the possibility of moving the slider along their axes and around the threaded rod. Attachments with holes are placed on the side of the ends of the latter. The ends of the threaded rods pass through the upper holes of the attachments, in their lower holes there are pin fixators, in which the ends of the pins located parallel to each other with stops oriented in opposite directions are fixed.

EFFECT: use of the claimed invention makes it possible, along with the formation of a stable, rigid fixation and the possibility of performing a reposition with the elimination of all types of displacements, to ensure the convenience of installation and subsequent operation of the device, reducing its massiveness, freeing access to the back and front surfaces of the lower leg and reducing the risk of eruption of soft tissues and the bone with the development of infection.
