FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has salt layer (salt plate) attached to the base part manufactured as shield with glue stock. The shield has at least two members of rectangular cross-section one of which is mounted in parallel to lower plate border and projects beyond panel salt layer. The other one is vertically arranged and also projects beyond plate salt layer. The longitudinal member in the upper part of the plate has T-shaped cross-section which shelf is engageable to one member of the above- lying plate with one of its ends and to cantilever with another end. The cantilever is attached to wall, tube or ceiling. One longitudinal member is vertically attached to salt plate in a way that its rim forms projection beyond the plate border. The other two longitudinal members are attached to horizontal plane borders also forming projections beyond the borders.
