FIELD: medicine, otorhinolaryngology, pediatrics. SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with optimization of juvenile therapy in children with chronic tonsillitis. One should perform ultrasound irrigation of palatine tonsils with medicinal preparations. Moreover, the above-mentioned irrigation is carried out with 0.006%- chlorohexidine solution heated up to 40 C per 3 min with intervals at course being up to 10 d. The innovation enables to optimize therapy in children with chronic tonsillitis. EFFECT: high efficiency. 3 ex _
