SUBSTANCE: invention relates to nutrient, dietetic or medicinal composition containing propionic acid microorganisms that show insignificant ability for autolysis and resistance to effect of bile salts. The prepared composition provides at least partial protection against effect of gastric juice and contains at least 10 cells/g of above mentioned microbe cells and able to exert the significant stimulating and enhancing effect on synthesis of propionic acid and/or propionate and, if necessary, acetic acid and/or acetate at the level of colon intestine by bacterial anaerobic fermentation.
