SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture and biotechnology, namely to anombined bacterial leaven for deep complex processing of various types of plant raw materials to produce a bacterial protein material for feed. Leaven contains the following strains of microorganisms: Lactobacillus reuteri RCAM03194, Lactobacillus salivarius RCAM03193, Propionibacterium freudenreichii subsp. freudenreichii RCAM04257, which are part of the leaven in various combinations or a pair Lactobacillus and Propionibacterium, or all at the same time.
EFFECT: use of invention will increase the biological value of the feed product.
