SUBSTANCE: claimed composition contains Lactobaccilus rhamnosus LGG (ATCC 53103), Lactobaccilus rhamnosus LC705 (DSM 7061), propionibacterium freudereichii ssp. Shermanii PJS (DSM 7067) and bifidobacterium, preferably Bifidobacterium infantis Bbi99 (DSM 13692). Abovementioned compositions are useful in food processing industry, pharmaceutical industry, production of healthy products.
EFFECT: composition with healthy effect on human gastrointestinal tract due to increased producing of entherolactone and decreased undesired pH value.
