FIELD: casting of monocrystalline turbine blades with predetermined crystalographic orientation. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of making shell mold; placing monocrystalline seed into start-up cavity; receiving around shell by Show-process crystallizer mold with developed linear outer surface; at making crystallizer mold providing relation of spacing from lower end of mold until working surface of seed to thickness of seed in range 10.1 - 15.5; then placing mold in heating zone in such a way that relation of spacing from lower end of crystallizer mold until working surface of seed to spacing from lower end of crystallizer mold until surface of sectors at side of heating zone is in range 5.1 - 7.1; after casting refractory alloy moving mold to cooling zone. Sectors of screen made in the form of sweeps slide without gap on outer surface of mold. EFFECT: possibility for providing predetermined mode of melting working surface of seed and necessary condition of crystallization process, less loss of yield. 2 dwg, 1 ex
