FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to metallurgy and can be applied in casting of monocrystalline blades featuring tread lock shelves with labirynth combs, preferably large blades of gas turbine plants. Device includes ceramic mould with inoculating cavity in the base, bearing monocrystalline seed, conical start cavity, adjoining blade airfoil cavity, and additional start and inoculation cavities. Additional start cavity is made in the form of triangle with base of the same width as tread lock shelf of the blade. Additional inoculation cavity with seed is located at the top opposite to triangle base. Seed in the additional inoculation cavity features the sane crystalline direction as in inoculation cavity of the ceramic mould.

EFFECT: reduced labour intensity of mechanical processing of blades, reduced consumption of costly deficient heat-proof alloy per cast, improved reliability of processing.
