FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for casting blades from heat-resistant alloys with monocrystalline structure. Device represents ceramic mold with working cavities 1 of blades, starting 2, and separate seed cavities with seeds 3. Number of start and seed cavities makes from two to five. Starting cavity of each blade represents conical extension of blade feather profile, or two converging triangular plates, bases of which are connected to lower retaining flanges 5 in each starting cavity, and vertices of plates are interconnected at seed location place. Single-crystal seed with preset axial and azimuthal orientation is made in form of cylinder with facet, and inoculating cavity has corresponding facet, which provides fixation of azimuthal orientation of seed. Working surface of seed is perpendicular to main axis of blade.

EFFECT: invention enables to eliminate formation of small-angle and large-angle boundaries of grains, and can increase refractoriness, heat resistance, and plasticity of blade material.
