SUBSTANCE: furnace having zones for drying, calcining and cooling includes housing with heat treatment chamber, gas-outlet windows and gas accumulation duct provided in housing in lower part of heat treatment chamber; heating ducts with refractory roof. Heat treatment chamber in drying zone has additional upper gas-outlet windows communicated with upper gas-accumulation duct and arranged in the form of horizontal row where total width of gas-outlet duct consists 12 - 33,3 % of length value of chamber in said zone.
