FIELD: processes for producing double phase-steels from hot rolled state with two-phase structure. SUBSTANCE: method provides production of steel with two-phase structure containing 70-90% of ferrite and 30 -10% of martensite and comprises steps of cooling belt in cooling zone with successively arranged stages for dispersed water cooling; at first step of cooling setting cooling curve for steels with low cooling rate 20 - 30 C/c that is why cooling curve achieves ferrite zone at high temperature providing quick formation of ferrite and conversion at least of 70% of austenite to ferrite before second cooling stage. EFFECT: rapid structural conversion of sufficient quantity of austenite to ferrite. 3 cl, 4 dwg
