FIELD: hydraulic engineering; space engineering. SUBSTANCE: according to proposed method, heat exchanger is included into closed hydraulic circuit, and metered out amount of working medium is pumped through heat-insulated closed hydraulic circuit with adjustable restrictor and expansion tank by means of pump under checking. At each test pressure drop across pump and temperature of working medium at pump inlet are measured during time fixed time internal, and also measured are cooler heating temperature and flow rate of cooler passed through heat exchanger and speed of pump shaft. Efficiency of pump is calculated with due account of preliminarily found hydraulic resistance of closed hydraulic circuit using special formulas. EFFECT: improved accuracy of determination of pump efficiency in process of operation without demounting pump from object, simplified system of test stands. 1 dwg
