SUBSTANCE: proposed steering mechanism includes drive wheel 8, two skew gears 6 and 7 at opposite position of teeth (or one herringbone gear) which are rigidly mounted on shaft of wheel 8, shafts with intermediate wheels 2 and 3 and skew wheels 4 and 5 thrown into engagement with skew gears 6 and 7.
