LOAD-LIFTING APPARATUS Russian patent published in 2004 - IPC

FIELD: agricultural engineering, in particular, equipment for mechanized loading and unloading of coarse forage bales. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has hydraulic drive engine and spring-screw type grip, which are located in casing. Grip is made in the form of cylindrical screw. Casing has upper and lower beams. Hydraulic drive engine is fixed on carriage mounted inside casing. Doubled drum for winding of pulley block cables is connected to hydraulic drive engine. Pulley blocks are secured on lower and upper beams of casing and on carriage. Brackets welded to casing lower beam are adapted for attachment of load-lifting apparatus to front loader. Spring-screw type grip is screwed into forage bale by means of pulley blocks in helical line and in one track. Penetration of said grip into bale is provided without applying of substantial pressure by loader manipulator. EFFECT: reduced power consumption and reliable gripping of forage bales. 2 dwg
