LOAD-LIFTING APPARATUS Russian patent published in 2005 - IPC

FIELD: agricultural engineering, in particular, apparatus used in equipment for loading and unloading of bales of hay or other agricultural product packed in polyethylene film.

SUBSTANCE: load-lifting apparatus is adapted for fixing to base for attachment thereof to loader. Load-lifting apparatus has U-shaped telescopic pressure frame and drive. Pressure frame consists of movable part and two bearing parts. Brackets for attachment of load-lifting apparatus to loader boom are located on base. Drive for load-lifting apparatus is made in the form of two hydraulic cylinders. Casings of hydraulic cylinders are fixed on bearing parts of pressure frame by means of brackets. Stems of hydraulic cylinders are fixed on movable parts of pressure frame by means of adjusting clips and openings with fastening fingers. Bearing parts of pressure frame are pivotally fixed to base of apparatus. Brackets for attachment of springs are located on bearing parts of frame and on base. Loader approaches bale and after latter comes into contact with base, movable part of frame presses bale by way of action of hydraulic cylinders to base. Bale is moved to loading site and released from grip.

EFFECT: increased efficiency and provision for preventing of bale packing material from rupture during handling operations.
